Our fees are simple, from only 4.00% + VAT of the identified Capital Allowances, we can offer this based on before the refund is received from HMRC, or AFTER your refund from HMRC. There’s a small premium for paying after you receive your refund.
Because we undertake a rigourous due diligence process to establish entitlement and eligibility to claim, we confidently offer a full refund, with interest, if HMRC dismiss your case.
Our fees are fully tax deductible against your property income as ‘professional fees’.
We fully support all work issued for a full six years. And our fees are fully tax deductible against taxable profits / income.
